1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, configuration, testing, setup work, or operational review has begun.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of subscription services at any time by contacting AlertCue support.

Unless otherwise stated:

• cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle

• partial billing-period refunds are not guaranteed

3. Service Suspension

AlertCue reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for:

• non-payment

• abuse

• misuse

• operational concerns

• security concerns

• compliance concerns

• unlawful activity

• service disruptions

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

Certain customer information may be retained after cancellation for:

• billing purposes

• legal compliance

• fraud prevention

• dispute resolution

• operational recordkeeping

Reminder schedules and communication workflows may be periodically deleted after cancellation.
