  • automated calls

  • automated text messages

  • emails

  • onboarding communications

  • operational communications

  • billing communications

Message and data rates may apply.

Customers may opt out of text communications by replying STOP where applicable or by contacting support.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

AlertCue may use third-party providers including:

  • Google Workspace

  • Stripe

  • Twilio

  • Wix

  • Google Forms

  • Google Sheets

These providers may process or store information necessary to operate AlertCue Services.

AlertCue does not control the independent privacy or security practices of third-party providers.

5. Information Sharing

AlertCue does not sell customer personal information.

Information may be disclosed:

  • to operational service providers

  • to comply with legal obligations

  • to protect operational security

  • to enforce agreements

  • during business restructuring or transfers

Certain onboarding or workflow information may be periodically deleted according to operational retention practices.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure or uninterrupted.

8. California Privacy Rights

AlertCue does not sell customer personal information.

9. Do Not Track Signals

AlertCue does not currently respond differently to browser-based Do Not Track signals.

AlertCue Services are not directed to children under 13.
